Tumbling and Trampoline Advanced

In this level kids learn skills that will lead them to more advances skills. It is a transitional level to learning Back handsprings and is designed for younger athletes. Must be able to do a back bend kickover and a cartwheel. TT Intermediate students are eligible to participate in our Winter Gymnastics Festival. Please refer to the video bellow for passes and skills taught in the class as well as routines.

Tumbling and Trampoline Intermediate 

This class is designed for children with no prior tumbling experience or for dancers, who want to add some tumbling tricks to their choreography. TT Beginner students are eligible to participate in our Winter Gymnastics Festival. Please refer to the video bellow for passes and skills taught in the class as well as routines.

Tumbling and Trampoline Beginner


Rise Up Academy provides professional training in tumbling and trampoline for children 6+ to adult. We are equipped with a spring floor, a 60' tumble track, two rod floors, an in ground trampoline, two above ground trampolines and 3 double mini trampolines. We teach skills from somersaults to twisting skills, whips, doubles and more. For those looking to further their training we offer a tumbling and trampoline competitive team, that competes in several competitions throughout the competition season.

Tumbling and Trampoline Team

This class focuses on teaching back handsprings both standing and with a round off, back tucks, whips and twisting skills. Students will learn drills, leading to proper technique and execution. Students will work on trampoline, tumble track, air track and rod floor. To join this class a gymnast must have their back walkover, limber, standing flip flop and a solid round off.
