This class starts teaching the safe ways to do flips on trampolines. Front and back flips are taught as well as the required drills for safe and proper execution. To join, students must demonstrate a controlled execution of the trampoline basic skills. For more information, please inquire within.

This class focuses on teaching back handsprings both standing and with a round off. Students will learn drills, leading to proper technique and execution. Students will work on trampoline, tumble track and rod floor. To join this class a gymnast must have their back walkover/limber and a solid roundoff.

Those two classes are designed for children with no prior tumbling experience or for dancers, who want to add some tumbling tricks to their choreography. Class goals are as follows:
1. Forward and backward rolls, back rolls to a push up, front straddle rolls;
2. Cartwheels, running cartwheels, round offs;
4. Front and back limbers;
5. Front and back walkovers.
6. Double mini trampoline, trampoline and tumble track skills.

The class is designed for children who have Round off 2 flip flops on floor consistently and would like to advance their tumbling skills. Flip flop progressions will be taught as well as back tucks, layouts, whips, punch fronts and front step outs.
Gymnasts will work on rod floor, tumble track and trampoline.

In this level kids learn skills that will lead them to more advances skills. It is a transition level to learning Back handsprings and is designed for younger athletes. Must be able to do a back bend and cartwheel. Class goals:

3. Straddle, tuck and pike jumps on trampoline and double mini.

The class focuses on teaching skills on double mini trampoline. To enroll, the gymnast must have a proper front/back tuck or pike flip. Coaches work on both mounts and dismounts. Example of skills taught are back layout, baranis, mounter front tuck flip, full turn dismount, single and double twists both back and front and double flips.

This class teaches the basics of Trampolining and offers a fun and exciting for children to learn how to safely bounce on a trampoline. Students learn how to do seat drops, straddle, pike and tuck jumps, turns and more. It helps improve balance and coordination. No experience is required.
